Rates start from US$ 9,- per hour for a non-English speaking baby sitter. US$ 12,- for English speaking. Age category runs from 6 months old to 12 years old

Vehicle Rental
A convenient addition to your stay may be the pre-arrangement of a vehicle, standby at the property. Different opportunities are available, based on your needs and plans during your stay. We would like to remind you that Cambodian traffic is chaotic, and although Siem Reap is not a major city, the rules of the road from back home do not apply here. You may also opt to rent a vehicle with a driver.

General terms & conditions
Any of the services provided by The Kamaya can be additionaly booked to a stay. All of the equipment you use is personal property and all of the people we work with are close friends. Respect the equiment and people and you can enjoy the experiences to the fullest. Keep in mind that you use equipment that can break down. If this happens, don’t panic, a solution is always neaby in Cambodia. Just follow a few rules to make sure you enjoy all to the fullest!
- Make yourself acqainted with the traffic before you rent a vehicle
- Study the vehicle and test ride it before leaving
- For some rentals you will have to deposit your passport
- We can only rent a vehicle to you if you have the right license(s)
- Communicate flight delays on time, and avoid additonal charges
- Take good care of the equipment you rent
- Respect the people who provide the services
- Use equipment as you would use your own equipment
- Be reponsible for damage you may cause and report any incident
- Your feedback is valuable, please share it at any time with us
- Use the correct fuel for each vehicle (gasoline for bikes, diesel for jeeps)
- All rentals are for 24 hours, unles stated differently
- Renting motorized vehicles requires a passport deposit in Cambodia
- Tipping and Gratuities are not included in the price
Reservations Policy
Reservations of each service can be made up to 24 hours prior to needing the service. The Experiences (tours) require a longer period of time to arrange (48 hours). In the high season it can be challenging to find available guides or vehicles. The sooner you book, the better it is of course, also to avoid any disappointment from your side.

Refund Policy
Refunds for The Kamaya apply according to the property’s terms & conditions. For the services that The Kamaya can arrange, full refund can be applied if you cancel within the above mentioned time frames. No refund is given once the policy time has passed.
